If you have a troublesome mechanical problem with your vehicle and you feel that a second opinion might be valuable, we'll be happy to help. If you have one of our OBD scan tools, we can also provide you with assistance interpreting the results from the DTC Data Trouble Codes generated by your OBD On Board Diagnostics.

I am grateful to the thousands of satisfied respondents who have used this service, and for the overwhelming response we have received. However, since it consumes much of my time, we are no longer able to provide this as a free service and we hope you understand that it takes a considerable amount of time to provide useful answers to your questions. We are implementing a nominal fee of $50 US for six months of access to our clinic service. Note that payment is VOLUNTARY, after you have had a chance to try us out and be satisfied with the results - how's that for 'risk free'? Here's what we'll do for you:

	apply our extensive troubleshooting background to your problem
	search our database for similar occurrences
	check the manufacturers tech bulletins for specific information
	record your inquiry in our database for future reference
	communicate with our associate technicians regarding your specific problem

We will then provide a list of possible causes for the symptom you describe. I will also provide one follow-up email discussion if you wish. If you have any concerns regarding my accreditation, please see the Certification page.
